After dinner guitarist and singer Chad Okrusch began setting up in the dome facing the pool, where the crowd of bathers had grown in the darkness, eager to listen to Okrusch, a "modern folk artist" from Butte and a regular performer at Norris. One pair of soakers had driven nearly five hours from Big Fork just to hear him.

As he tuned his guitar, Okrusch leaned into the microphone and told his audience how glad he was to be back at Norris, where the audience is wet but enthusiasm remains undampened. 

"This is kind of a vortex of good energy," he said.
